Imagine having the opportunity to cook up a storm with various cooking classes offered throughout the tour? Cooking classes hosted at our villa, La Pozza, will be run by Pauline Leonard or other special guest chefs as well as one class being hosted at Castello di Volpaia by Giovanna Stianti.
All activities are optional but if you decide to indulge we also offer regional wine tastings, as well as a lesson in cheese making at a local farm in Pienza, on the outskirts of the Chianti region.
